The individuals currently claiming control — including Mr. Fraser and Mr. Doug Scott — have never been lawfully appointed, have never produced a single corporate record supporting their claims, and have refused every request to provide documentation. Their assertions are not supported by the transfer agent, by corporate filings, or by any verifiable chain of authority.
I have seen the recent message circulated by Martin Fraser, and I want to address it directly so that shareholders have an accurate understanding of the situation.
First, Mr. Fraser states that “Dakshidin directors do not use any website to post information
beyond the OTC website.”
This would be correct if the individuals making that statement were, in fact, the legitimate
directors of Dakshidin Corporation. They are not.
Second, Mr. Fraser claims that shareholder information posted elsewhere is “fake or incorrect.”
The information posted on dksc.info consists entirely of:
- Verified corporate records
- Correspondence with regulators
- Documentation of the ongoing legal dispute
- Evidence of unauthorized actions taken by the individuals now claiming control.
Every document posted is available for shareholder review, and every claim is supported by written evidence.
Third, Mr. Fraser invites shareholders to “contact a Director for updated information.”
Shareholders should be aware that the individuals making this invitation have:
- Allowed the company to be delisted
- Failed to maintain required filings
- Refused to provide books, records, or accounting
- Ignored regulatory inquiries
- And continue to operate without transparency, authority, or legitimacy
These are not the actions of lawful directors acting in the best interests of shareholders.
Finally, I want to be absolutely clear:
The dispute over control of Dakshidin Corporation is active, documented, and supported by legal filings, regulatory correspondence, and transfer-agent irregularities that are now under review.
Shareholders deserve transparency, not vague statements and unsupported claims.
If any shareholder wishes to review the documentation for themselves, I will provide it directly.
My only interest is ensuring that shareholders receive accurate, verifiable information — not assertions made without evidence.
Thank you,
Christopher Haigh
President, Dakshidin Corporation (DKSC)
